PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located in Suwanee, Georgia, TerraBella Sugarloaf is a new construction of a 20,000 SF two-story, 24-unit independent living building and a 6,800 SF renovation of the Bistro, Library, and Mailroom.
The scope for these renovations included new paint, flooring, lighting, and custom millwork, as well as rework of electrical and plumbing to accommodate new food service equipment.
