PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project involved the interior and exterior renovation of a 29,304-square-foot building in Hapeville, GA. The interior space was transformed into private kitchens, food truck kitchens, and shared kitchens.
Interior work included demo, asbestos abatement, all-new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, new kitchen hoods with grease ducts, new cooler freezers, metal studs and drywall, polished concrete flooring, FRPs, paint, canopy and awnings, doors and hardware, and a reroof.
Renovations to the exterior space included demo, new concrete, asphalt, new grease traps, new underground utilities, and food truck charging stations. A new exterior façade was created on the front of the building with cleaning and paint on the other three sides.
