PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Orange Hall is a circa 1830's home owned by the City of St. Marys, Georgia and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
This restoration included the installation of new footing in the center of the house to prevent the structural degeneration of the interior staircase, new concrete basement flooring, installation of HDPE pipe for the roof gutters to allow drainage into street storm water, replacement of fluted Greek Doric columns, removal of the deteriorating rear porch and remodeling of the porch frame, and new flooring, railings, etc. to fit period correct specifications.
