MICHAEL S. MINUTELLI
As Co-founder and Managing Partner of The Macallan Group, Mike Minutelli provides strategic leadership across the firm’s portfolio of companies, overseeing operations, finance, business development, and overall growth initiatives. The Macallan Group owns, operates, and manages independent portfolio companies specializing in various sectors of real estate, development, and construction. These sectors include homebuilding and residential development, commercial construction, senior living and multifamily development, real estate brokerage, material distribution, and specialty contracting. Founded in 2002, The Macallan Group has refined a unique business model that delivers shared corporate services to its portfolio companies. This innovative approach enhances operational efficiency, reduces overhead costs, and drives revenue growth through synergistic business lines.
Mike began his career at Brasfield & Gorrie, managing high-profile office, healthcare, and senior living projects throughout Georgia. He later became a Partner at The Macauley Companies, where he played a key role in developing more than 10,000 residential lots in master-planned communities across metro Atlanta.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Georgia State University. He is also an alumnus of The Bolles School in Jacksonville, FL, a LEED-certified professional, an unlimited-tier licensed general contractor in multiple states, a licensed Georgia real estate agent, and a graduate of the Urban Land Institute Center for Leadership.
A resident of Atlanta since 1995, Mike has been recognized by the *Atlanta Business Chronicle* as a "40 Under 40" leader and one of the "100 Key Leaders Shaping Atlanta." He is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the L.E.A.D. Center for Youth and the Board of Visitors for The Bolles School. He has also held leadership and committee roles at the Marist School and Christ the King School.
