PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This 70,000 SF project is an $8.9-million expansion and renovation of the nonprofit horse park, Chastain Horse Park. The project’s scope includes the demolition of the existing structures, the additions of a new Therapeutic Horsemanship Center with educational and clinical spaces, a new barn for the stable of 40 horses, a practice arena, staff offices, a kitchenette, outdoor paddocks, and a lounge for volunteers and visitors.
